Closing Your Instaspin Account and Your Balance

Closing your account takes effect once we confirm your request by email, and any remaining balance is paid out under the £4,000 daily withdrawal limit. Unfinished bonus wagering is forfeited if you close before it completes.

How to Close Your Instaspin Account

At Casino Instaspin, closing an account is a simple email request. We close accounts by email sent from your Registered Email Address, using the links provided on the website, and all communication with us runs through that same address in English, consistent with the safeguards described under our Union of the Comoros licence. Keeping that address secure is your responsibility, since all closure requests and other communication rely on it.

What We Do With Your Balance

Once closure is confirmed, any funds in your wallet are returned to you, honouring obligations that have already matured, such as settled wagers. Withdrawals remain subject to our standard £4,000 daily, £16,000 weekly and £50,000 monthly limits, with a minimum withdrawal of £100 per transaction, and processing takes place as soon as possible, though some payment methods can take up to 5 banking days. Card withdrawals are returned to the original card up to the amount you deposited, with any amount above that paid by an alternative method. We can also close or suspend an account ourselves without notice; if that closure follows a breach of our terms, bets may be voided and all money, including deposits, withheld instead of returned.

Any deposit must be wagered 1x before it can be withdrawn, so a balance made up largely of an unwagered deposit may not be available for withdrawal immediately on closure. Mistaken credits are never treated as part of your balance and are withdrawn by us once discovered, whoever requested the closure.

What Happens to Bonuses and Balances on Closure

If you close your account while a deposit bonus is still being wagered, any real-money withdrawal taken before that wagering is complete forfeits the remaining bonus, since bonus play only begins once your real-money balance is depleted and cash is always wagered first. A £50 administration fee also applies to any chargeback, denial or reversal of a card payment, together with reimbursement of any losses that payment covered.

Your account itself cannot be transferred, sold, pledged, assigned, encumbered or gifted to anyone else, including through a fiduciary, so a balance stays tied to the Registered Email Address that opened it until it is withdrawn or paid out on closure. Overdrawn amounts, should any exist, become a debt owed by the player rather than something written off on closure. Progressive jackpot wins are always paid out in full regardless of our usual limits, so a jackpot balance is never capped when an account closes. Your balance itself is not a bank account, is not insured or guaranteed, and earns no interest while it sits with us.

If an account is left open but unused rather than closed outright, different rules apply: an account with no gameplay, transactions, deposits or withdrawals for 12 consecutive months while in credit is charged £5 per calendar month, or the remaining balance if lower, with a warning email sent in the eleventh month. Any bet or transaction stops further charges, though fees already taken are not refunded, and all deductions appear in the Cashier under History.

Closure and Balance Figures at a Glance

These figures cover what we pay out, charge or hold once an account is closed, left dormant, or paid out after a chargeback dispute. A warning email is sent in the eleventh month of inactivity, before any dormant account fee is taken from a credit balance.

ItemDetail
Minimum withdrawal£100
Daily withdrawal limit£4,000
Weekly withdrawal limit£16,000
Monthly withdrawal limit£50,000
Dormant account fee£5 per calendar month after 12 months inactive
Chargeback administration fee£50 plus reimbursement of losses

Any final payout on closure is sent back through Visa or Mastercard, the only payment methods we support, and processing follows the same daily, weekly and monthly limits shown above. These limits apply equally to accounts that have simply gone a month or more without a deposit, bet or play, not only to balances paid out on closure.
